Term 4, Week 3 - Years 2, 5 & 6

On Thursday I taught years 2, 5 and 6 art. Year 2 students created mixed media pictures first using oil pastel to draw a variety of lines connected to each other and to a border. Next they used poster (watercolour) paint, keeping complementary colours in mind, and painting these colours next to each other when possible.

Year 5 & 6 students painted their ceramic birds in bright acrylic colours!
