home stretch

This is my last week of my last school placement at a nearby primary school, and I will have full control of the class...woohoo! Loads of fun...We are doing a heritage unit and making old-fashioned raspberry shrub (a vinegar drink) which is refreshing in hot weather, which it looks like we will have this week. The year 4 kids have loved Mad Libs and Wacky Web Tales (online version) which develops skill in naming nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc. and writing a funny story. I have really enjoyed my class! Great kids :-).
